Shadow Light is Shadow PMI delivered as a free version. There are no limitations outside the fact that it is a 10-user.  We do not offer any support of Shadow Light, however should we upgrade Shadow PMI, then Shadow Light will also be upgraded in the same operation.

Should the user of Shadow Light need to upgrade to the regular version, then this is done with a simple E-mail request and the payment as stipulated on the Rates page. Please observe that the first 10 users are not for free when upgrading.
